Jews for Jesus is suing Google over a trademark violation regarding one of the free blogs hosted on blogspot. http://jewsforjesus.blogspot.com is a url put up by those critical of the organization and Jews for Jesus is taking legal actions against the blog. Read more ...

What exactly are the legal guidelines that you have to follow when it comes to being able to openly discuss a bad service you have received from a company. Here is something about Streamelinenet Web Hosting Service. They have gone out of their way trying to prohibit dissatisfied clients from voicing their opinions. They have finally found a way to shut the client up by threatening legal proceedings. Go ahead and read and tell me what you think.
